The reception staff were highly professional, especially Mr. Ashraf and a young Saudi man I think his name is Khaled. They greet you with a smile and a bright face. When I entered the room, I asked to change the refrigerator and they immediately brought a new one. The location is close to the Prophets Mosque...just 5 minutes is enough to be there.

I like the location because it was close to the Masjid Al Nabwi SAW. The staff should speak English. The person on the desk claimed that he can speak English but sometimes he doesnt even understand what we are trying to say

The counter staff was very cooperative welcoming and very friendly with guests and children. His smile and fast response was exceptional. All help desk staff we perfect especially the night shift guy was a slim Egyptian with beard (i give these details because there were many male Egyptian staff) This guy was the most reliable and professional person and really deserved to serve in such a holy place like our prophet's beloved city of Madinah I spent three peak days of Ramadan and really best stay

The location is a few minutes of Alharam Alnabawi..and the good welcoming.. they allowed us to make early check in as we arrived early morning.

Wifi was free and very good working in all area of hotel and they didn't forced for checkout although checkout timing was 12 PM but we left at 2:30 PM so it was good and it's near to masjid al nabwi price is worth
